Taxation of Trusts webinar

This webinar is a follow up from TEO’s recent seminar "The Changing and Challenging World for Trustees in 2017” and provides a repeat of the tax section of that seminar. Greg Neill is a Tax Partner with Crowe Horwath and is the head of the Tax Advisory Group in Hawke’s Bay. Greg is a qualified lawyer and has worked in large law firms in New Zealand and in the UK. He provides advice on the full spectrum of tax matters, ranging from individual issues through to complex corporate or financing transactions. He has advised both local and offshore clients regarding their trust arrangements and the tax implications, including establishment of trusts, trust distributions and migration of settlors and trustees. As well as presenting for TEO, Greg has previously presented on tax matters at conferences for the New Zealand Law Society and the Employers and Manufacturers Association.
